Absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. It was so cozy! We were greeted with lamp light, music, and the fireplace was on. We especially appreciated the covered parking because it was dark and pouring down rain upon our arrival. The host communicated well and gave great suggestions for our trip. I would not hesitate to stay again. Perfect Waco trip with my bestie!

Perfection! We forgot so many toiletries in a bag we accidentally left behind at home. However they were all provided! This home is one of the best stocked Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. It’s absolutely adorable and the location is phenomenal. Wish I could give more than five stars for finally an Airbnb with great bedding! Such an adorable place. Just book it! Pure perfection. My friends and I met in Waco for a fun girls getaway, and stayed at Poppy and Rye. It was awesome! Dana had thought of everything. When we entered the cottage there was the fireplace glowing and the tv was set to a pretty scene with music. There were special touches everywhere that made us feel special for staying with them. This was a great experience for us! Thank you Dana and Rye for being such great host!

The property was exactly as described and sparkling clean. It is comfortable and felt like home with all the amenities….coffee, tea, cold filtered water, creamer and so much more. Dana provided great local recommendations and it was close to everything in Waco. Magnolia. Restaurants, a nail salon. The check-in process was seamless and easy to get in and out of. I was traveling with my mom and it was very important that we felt safe and we sure did! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place/home with us. If I ever return to Waco, I will be staying here again!

Poppy & Rye Cottage is beautiful and cozy. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Snacks and a bottle of wine were waiting for us. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal. The beds were comfy! Proximity to The Silos, restaurants and shopping was perfect. Dana and crew, thank you for making our first visit to Waco one for the books!

This is a lovely home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dana thought of everything from the little conveniences to the major comforts to make her place feel like home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had all the amenities to make things convenient. I really enjoyed the fully stocked coffee station. No searching for filters and mugs. The coffee maker was ready to plug in and brew. The location is very convenient to everything and felt safe. The attention to the little details was appreciated, and communication was always quick and friendly. I could go on, but just know you won't be disappointed staying here. Highly recommend.

Staying at Poppy & Rye was an absolute delight! Dana truly thought of every detail - from the cozy touches to the perfectly stocked kitchen, everything felt intentional and welcoming. The house has so much charm, with little pockets of happy sprinkled throughout that made us smile at every turn. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space. It’s the perfect downtown Waco getaway - we can’t wait to come back!
